Click + Collect

Collection from Orlando Store is available between the hours of 10AM and 4PM everyday. You will be notified via email when your item is ready to be collected, usually 24 hrs from purchase.

Shipping

Our store sends online orders daily and aims to get your parcel to the postal service by the next working day. Standard delivery times are 2 working days (within the Manawatu region) or 4-6 working days* (outside of Palmerston North).
*Please add an extra day for rural deliveries. 

We always want you to be receiving your order as soon as possible. To help us with this, order and pay before midday (Monday-Friday) and we will do our absolute best to get in on the postie for you that afternoon. If not, your order will be on its way from the very next business day after payment has been received.

If you order over the weekend, your package will be sent out on Monday morning (excludes public holidays).
If there is a delay for any reason, we will be in touch via email and let you know. 

For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email us store@orlandocountry.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed. 

The delivery service provider we use is Go Sweet Spot, which offers a number of different postal services throughout New Zealand. Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.
